Therapeutic approaches are client-centered and may incorporate a range of methods, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Brainspotting.
What is Brainspotting? It is a non-evasive brain-based therapy developed by Dr. David Grand and based on the concept of "Where we look is how we feel." According to Dr. Grand, "Brainspotting lets the therapist and client participate together in the healing process. It allows us to harness the brain's natural ability for self-scanning, so we can activate, locate, and process the sources of trauma and distress in the body."
